Wild food foraging days with Wild Rose Escapes

Wester Ross-based holiday company, Wild Rose Escapes are running wild food foraging days through the summer. These day trips include edible wild food walks, wild food cookery, lunch and a wild supper.

The days start at the company's base at Leckmelm a few miles from Ullapool on the West Coast, and give you the chance to unwind and relax, as well as learn about the natural foods which are all around us.
