Involved or interesting in wildlife tourism? Then come along to the Scottish Wildlife Tourism Association’s annual conference.
This year, we’re focusing on how the tourism industry contributes to both conservation and the economy.
As well as three excellent speakers, you will have the opportunity to feed into the current research into the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of wildlife tourism in Scotland, part of a wider study co-funded by the Scottish Government and Scottish Natural Heritage.
The presentations included:
- The Highland Tiger: Peter Cairns, Wild Media Foundation
- Deer Watching: Opportunities and Issues: Linzi Seivwright, Deer Commission for Scotland
- Wildlife Tourism in Scotland: Insights: Susanna Curtin, Bournemouth University.
