Getting inside your Customer’s Head

What do you know about your customers, what they are looking for during their visit to you and do you really know what customers think of their experience with you?
If as a tourism business you are struggling to answers these questions then this workshop is just for you. Understanding your customers better by looking at the information you have at your fingertips and collecting customer feedback could provide you with the best form of free consultancy your business could get.
These events, being organised by North Highland Tourism, in conjunction with the Federation of Small Businesses and supported by Business Gateway, the European Community Highland LEADER 2007 – 2013 Programme and Highland Council, will help your tourism business to shine in 2012 and beyond.
Your host will be Marion Walker of Marion Walker Marketing who brings 20 years senior marketing experience to the workshop.
The session will cover:-
- Understanding your customers better to proactively improve your business in line with changing market opportunities
- Building customer relationships before, during and after the visit
- Making the most of the existing knowledge you have about your customers
- Collaborating with others – knowing what the key attractors are in your area to suit your main visitor profiles and working with others to cross promote your business
- Collecting customer feedback – choosing the right tools, asking the right questions and when, taking action when you have the answers to best benefit your business
- Finding out how other businesses have used these techniques to be more successful
Whether you are a small bed and breakfast, visitor attraction, activity business or hotel there is plenty you will take away from this inspiring event.
