Scottish Bird Fair 2012

Thousands of wildlife lovers are expected to attend the first ever Scottish Birdfair which is being held at Hopetoun House, on the outskirts of Edinburgh on the 19th and 20th May.

Organised by RSPB Scotland, one of the key attractions of Scottish Birdfair will be the magnificent setting on the west lawn of Hopetoun House, where visitors can browse and shop from around 80 wildlife related exhibiting stands, ranging from the latest in wildlife technology, to holidays, optics, books, artwork and much more.

There will be talks from conservation experts, guided walks and special workshops throughout the two days, as well as locally sourced food and cooking demonstrations.

Children will also be thoroughly entertained with a range of fun-packed activities including storytelling, puppet shows, pony rides and guided walks.

We’ve got 2 pairs of tickets for the Scottish Bird Fair up for grabs. The tickets are valid for either day of the event and each pair will be given to separate entrants.

For a chance to win them, email your name, address and email address to Wild Scotland.

The winner will be chosen at random on Monday 14th May and notified by email. Good luck!
