New Online Tourism Webinars for Year of Natural Scotland
Wild Scotland has been working with HIE to organise a series of eight webinars to help tourism businesses capitalise on the opportunities being generated as part of the Year of Natural Scotland 2013.
The live webcasts which involve a number of Wild Scotland members will share best practice and offer insights on Scotland’s growth markets, delivered through the stories of industry leaders and by enabling business-to-business interaction.
There are eight webinars in total and you will need to sign up online to join and participate in the event.
- 24 October: Sailing
- 31 October: Mountain Biking, with Euan Wilson of Highlands & Islands Adventures
- 07 November: Wildlife, with Peter Cairns of Northshots and Tom Brock of The Scottish Seabird Centre
- 14 November: Golf
- 21 November: Adventure, with Paul Easto of Wilderness Scotland and Mike Dunthorne of Boots n Paddles
- 28 November: Walking, speakers to be confirmed
- 05 December: The Food and Drink Experience
- 12 December: Technology
Each webcast will begin at 09:30 and last approximately 45 minutes.
