Go Wild About Scotland: New Seminar for Tourism Businesses
Are you a tourism business and would you like to attract more guests interested in wildlife?
If so, then come along to Wild Scotland’s new seminars on wildlife tourism and learn more about making the most of this opportunity.
As part of the Year of Natural Scotland celebrations, Wild Scotland is delivering a series of 10 workshops across Scotland on wildlife watching. The project is supported by Scottish Enterprise, Highlands & Islands Enterprise, Scottish Natural Heritage and Forestry Commission Scotland.
Each one day course is composed of a classroom session in the morning followed by a short guided walk in the afternoon (weather permitting).
The seminars aim to help staff dealing with guest enquiries on a daily basis improve their own knowledge of local wildlife, as well as have the opportunity to experience the wildlife of the area themselves with a wildlife guide.
