The Lodge Forest Visitor Centre, Trossachs – Open for Business

The Lodge Forest Visitor Centre at Aberfoyle in the Trossachs has opened for business today following a £1.6M revamp that has transformed the centre’s facilities.

A fantastic addition to the top-flight, visitor attractions in the area, the refreshed and new-look centre is the perfect base from which to explore the wider area.

To help mark the launch of their new-look Visitor Centre, Wild Scotland members, Forestry Commission Scotland will hand out 50 goody bags every day this week – with some containing a ‘golden ticket’ prize. Right at the heart of the spectacular Queen Elizabeth Forest Park, The Lodge is the place to start your forest experience.

With its amazing network of trails for walkers, mountain bikers, runners and riders, new natural play features, the fantastic Go-Ape tree top trek and a programme of events and activities there is something here for all ages and all abilities! And to round off your visit stop in at the fantastic Lodge café offering coffees, light lunches and more!
