Macs Adventure specialise in self-guided walking and biking holidays in Scotland. Macs Adventure was founded by Neil in 2003 and from a rocky start has grown a flourishing business, providing world class tours in Scotland. Being based locally the team have an intimate knowledge of the country and are on hand to give advice before, during and after their trips. They also offer door to door baggage transfers, guide books, maps and a pre-departure information pack.

Macs Adventure is run by excellent people so today Wild Scotland are celebrating a few of their team by bringing their stories to you.

Caroline Black is the Destination Specialist for walking in Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland. Having studied Travel Management at university Caroline began her career in America. Never travelling without her camera she’s snapped photos across the globe, from Asia to the USA. However, now Caroline’s back in Scotland she can concentrate on the historic castles and rugged landscapes she love so much.

Erin Connor is Macs Adventures’ Customer Experience Manager. She began her career travelling and working throughout Western Europe but came home to Scotland to enhance tourist experiences in Scotland. Her love of languages and other cultures means she always travels with a phrase-book and a smile. With experience of several tourist attractions, from the Edinburgh Fringe to whisky distilleries, Erin the perfect person to ensure a fantastic customer experience

Andrew Snooks has a little less travelling experience that his colleges but that is because all of his travelling is ahead of him! Andrew is currently part of Macs Adventure’s finance team. Working the books all day leave little time for anything else but Andrew manages to sneak in some socialising and kayaking in Oban from time to time.

These are just three members of staff from an amazing team and each member deserves their own recognition. However, for today Caroline, Erin and Andrew thank you for providing Macs Adventure with all of the support and help you do. Thank you for making each trip unique and memorable for all those who holiday with you.
