Is 2018 your year to go to St Kilda?

St Kilda, an isolated archipelago 64km. west-northwest of North Uist, Outer Hebrides, West Coast Scotland

St Kilda is a place like no other. The UK’s only duel Heritage Site is the remotest part of the British Isles and is home to some of the largest colonies of birds, such as gannets and puffins. The breath-taking cliffs and sea stacs offer not only amazing photo opportunities but an insight into the difficult life of the native islanders before the final evacuation in 1930.

Go to St Kilda is delighted to be departing from Stein in Waternish this sailing season. Stein is a lovely little village in north west Skye, which hosts some of the most fantastic sunset’s and the jetty itself sits outside of Skye’s oldest Inn, the Stein Inn. Next door to this, we have Loch Bay restaurant, who were given their Michelin Star rating last year. Where better to start or finish this exciting journey!

Whether it is a day trip to St Kilda or an independent camping trip we are delighted to be of assistance. The 2018 season begins with our first sailing on Sunday 15th April. For bookings you can go online at www.gotostkilda.co.uk or for any enquiries email us at enquiries@gotostkilda.co.uk.
