Birdcraft for Beginners with Aquila Ecology

Have you ever wondered what those birds are in your garden or would you like to know what birds are singing as you walk through the woods?

Well now you can join us on our weekly Birdcraft walks starting in January to learn all the common birds by sight, sound and behaviour!

Each walk will last 2 hours and we will slowly make our way along the route becoming familiar with the birds of the St Fillans and MacRosty Park, Crieff.

The dates and locations are as follows :

17th of January: St Fillans
24th of January: Crieff
31st of January: St Fillans
7th of February: Crieff
4th of February: St Fillans
No session on the 21st! (We are in Islay on our tour)
28th of February – St Fillans or Crieff – TBC

If attending the St Fillans session, please meet us at the village noticeboard by the bridge (opposite Arran Brewery) at 09:30 and we will finish at the Village Shop at 11:30.

If attending the Crieff session, please meet us at MacRosty Park in Crieff, at the noticeboard by the car park at 9:30 and we will finish near the starting point by 11:30.

We will take a different route for each session. Come to one session or come to all so you can build up your knowledge over the weeks!

*COST* is £10 per person per session (Under 14s come for free). Anyone attending 3 or more sessions will receive a free copy of the RSPB Guide to British Birds hardback 🙂
